As you can tell from the illustration above, I’m not much of an artist. Fortunately, our clients don’t usually ask us for watercolors or landscapes. What they have been asking us for lately, though, is online backup. We’ve listened, and I’m very excited to finally launch our new CompuCARE Hybrid Backup service.
What is “Hybrid” Backup? It means more than just an online copy of your data. It means redundant local and cloud backups, for maximum protection and flexibility.
- Local backups offer near-immediate restores of single files to cover your mistakes, and complete images for when hardware goes down.
- Cloud backups offer secure and encrypted data storage for when things go really wrong.
By putting them together in a coherent, managed hybrid backup, you know your data will always be safe and available when you need it.
Why am I so excited? We’ve spent the past 3 months researching, comparing, and testing potential solutions. It’s been a long road, but we’ve built a scaleable, affordable, and customizable solution that will work for all of our clients, regardless of their size or budget. Our new CompuCARE Backup program starts at just $100/month including all the hardware and software you need, so there’s no big up-front investment and no long-term commitment. Free tech support
I’m also very happy to be launching our first of what I hope is to be many upcoming promotions.* Through the month of March, we’re offering up to 2 free hours of support to any and all new clients. No strings attached, no commitments necessary.
This offer goes along with our regular promise to give our existing clients free support hours for any referrals made. So if you’ve had a little nagging IT problem that you’ve been putting off addressing, or have a colleague or friend in that situation, March is a great time to take care of it. Whether or not it turns into a long-term relationship, new clients get a problem solved, and existing clients save some money. Everybody wins.
In other news, we’re working on a new website, which will hopefully go live in the next week or two. We’ve launched our Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn pages, and would love to connect with you there (what we’d really love is a good review on any of those sites, so if you have a minute…). And this is the first of what I hope to make a regular newsletter, to keep you up-to-date with our services, promotions, and new developments.
That's all for February, so thanks for reading.
If you have any questions, comments, or feedback, you know where to reach us.
*I’ll let you in on a little secret: I’m already planning the next promotion, and it will involve a contest and a give-away. I’m thinking a laptop, a tablet, or free support. Stay tuned for more details.
